NAIOP Greater Toronto is now the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA), a new name that better reflects the breadth of our members’ work and the evolving commercial real estate industry. While our name has changed, our commitment to advocacy, education, research, professional development, and industry connection remains stronger than ever.
CREDA represents the developers, owners, investors, operators, and professionals who are shaping the future of commercial real estate across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. From office and industrial properties to retail, mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, logistics facilities, and emerging asset classes, our members are creating the spaces where people live, work, connect, and grow.
As the Greater Toronto Chapter of CREDA, we continue to be the leading regional voice for commercial real estate, providing our members with meaningful connections, industry insights, educational opportunities, and advocacy that supports the continued growth and success of our industry.
