Networking Bubbles
A Networking Initiative
for Members
In the summer of 2020, the CREDA Greater Toronto Chapter launched its Networking Bubbles program, also known as “Bubbles,” inviting members to join small, curated groups to network, share, and learn industry best practices and develop long-lasting relationships in smaller groups of 10 to 12, often in distinctive and engaging settings.
Organized by asset class and led by industry professionals, each Bubble focuses on a topic, area of expertise or asset class, including Investments, Multi-family, Development, Office, Industrial, and Retail.
Now in 2026, in its 5th year, the program continues to evolve, growing to welcome more than 300 participants in 2025.

CREDA GTA Networking Bubble participants meet throughout the year to discuss issues that are relevant to their business, share best practices and brainstorm new ideas in unique settings of their choosing.

Exclusively for CREDA GTA members, the Networking Bubbles Program presents a unique opportunity to connect and develop long-lasting relationships. Participants can address workplace challenges and explore new business opportunities, while in the process, becoming part of a trusted group of advisors and friends.
Due to the popularity of the program, spots are limited to ensure a high-quality experience. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early.
